Had an appointment at 8 for an hour long service. Dropped car off at 7:50 and returned at 8:45 to find car had not even been pulled into bay. When I asked I was told a tech had called out that morning. Not acceptable in my opinion.

I had to return after 45 minutes to have them reset the tire gauge readings….should’ve insured that all of the settings were correct before I left

Exceptional staff and overall experience with my recent service visit at Flow. All of the work was clearly explained and all of my questions were answered. I only use Flow Volkswagen of Winston Salem for all of my service needs. Becky, Patrick and Josh are very knowledgeable and I trust them completely with my GTI! It doesn’t get any better than the service department at Flow Volkswagen. I recommend anyone that needs service should use Flow Volkswagen! of Winston Salem.
