Both Brian and Traci were just so great the whole way through with the process of me selecting the new Tiguan. Brian really worked so well with me to get the numbers where I could see my way into taking the plunge to buy. Both were just so courteous and open and engaged with me. I never felt any "sales pressure," instead it really was a conversation we kept having until I bought the car. I've been coming to this dealership for over 20 years and I feel the dealership itself is in a great place. I'm very happy to continue being a Flow VW Winston-Salem customer! Thank you again for everything, Brian and Traci! I'm thrilled with the new Tiguan.
