Everyone was extremely helpful. My only suggestion is for the tech to really listen to the customer’s issue. There’s an intermittent malfunction in my easy-entry seat function. I’m aware of how to use it, which has nothing to do with the intermittent issue.

From what I can tell on the work order notes, is that we were not able to replicate not of your concerns and there were not electrical errors stored in the vehicles memory board. If you're having a consistent concern and would like to demonstrate it for the technician and our technology specialist , please let me know.
