In this complicated age we live in, finding uncomplicated services is a rare pleasure and I found this at FLOW Volkswagen. After 16 months in an Audi after being a lifelong VW driver, I just switched back to VW and was warmly welcomed back home to FLOW Volkswagen by Becky, the Service Manager and Josh, the service consultant. My Atlas was serviced quickly and efficiently. I didn't think my Atlas could ride any better, but after the service, there was a clear improvement in the performance. As always, FLOW VW has exceeded my expectations.

Service advisor was super helpfull and pleasant to work with. He communicated two or three times during the day. The car was ready and clean at the appointed time. All work was completed except for the recal. Parts are on backorder. Thank you
