All of the staff is concerned with helping me understand any issues that need repair. They were concerned about what was best for me. Josh, Patrick and Becky are honest, sincere and looking out the customers needs. I trust them completely with my GTI! I’m going to depend on VW Service for as long as I keep my car. A special mention to Becky…she always has an open door, a smile, a great attitude and is always available to me or any customer. She is very busy but always takes for customers. Overall, my experience was handled exceptionably and their experience and knowledge shows in there in the way they consult to find the best options available. Thank you to the Service team!

I did not feel pressured. There was no bait and switch at the last minute. The numbers we discussed is what it was bottom line. This is the 1st time I bought a car and didnt feel taken advantage of.
