I HAD PROBLMS WITH MY 2023 JETTA ALMOST IMMEDIATELY THATS WHEN I MET JOSH IN SERVICING AND HE HUNG IN THERE WITH ME UNTIL IT WORKED OUT AND TO THIS VERY DAY I CAN STILL COUNT ON JOSH TO TAKE CARE OF ME HAS HAS AND STILL IS A JEWEL TO YOUR COMPANY HE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL KIND WARM AND PROFESSIONAL HE KNOWS THE WORKPLACE AND ITS FUNCTION EXTREMELY WELL
