I gave 5 stars because Flow always makes it personal. This wasn’t my first car from Flow—and it won’t be my last. Tracy has helped me find 6 or 7 cars over the years, and every time, she listens, remembers what matters, and never pushes. A year after a serious accident, I was finally ready to drive something that felt like me again—not just safe or practical, but real. Tracy and the Flow team gave me the space and support to make a deeply emotional decision without pressure. They treated me with respect, care, and genuine patience. I didn’t just leave with a car—I left with my autonomy back. That’s why Flow and VW is home.

I have been a VW customer since 2003 and have continued due to the superb service department from Becky and her team! I am always greeted from the staff in a very welcoming manner. I feel confident about all services performed. I appreciate being provided a loaner car when I come as I drive an hour and have a disabled husband and his service dog. I know when I pick my car up, all has been done as promised by the VW team!
