Cause it took several hours for an oil change, hours after the appointment time.

On no! I am shocked at your feedback. There was much more done than an oil change. There was a complete service and a software update. At reception we spoke about the wait time and another vehicle was offered to borrow and declined. Your satisfaction means everything to us. I know your time is valuable.
